Georgia’s election results are yet to be announced. Actually, in the seats where no candidate has been able to get 50 percent votes, there will be another contest on 6 December. In Nevada too, no candidate alone got 50 percent of the vote, but Democrat Cortez Musto won with 48.8 percent of the vote.
Rafael Warnock of the Democrats is leading in Georgia’s election with 49.4 percent of the vote. If he defeats Republican leader Herschel Walker on December 6, the Democratic Party will have 51 seats.

Former astronaut and Democrat Mark Kelly defeated Republican candidate Blake Masters in Arizona. Kelly secured 51.8 percent or 1,186,646 votes, while Masters with 46.1 percent received 1,055,566 votes.
There remains uncertainty about who will control the House of Representatives. Republicans have a marginal edge here. For a majority in the House of Representatives, it is necessary to have 218 members. It currently has 204 members from the Democratic Party and 211 from the Republicans.
