Google Under the current policy of Play Store, other fantasy gaming apps including Dream11 and Mobile Premier League (MPL) are blocked in India. Google is going to conduct a pilot program to distribute Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) created by developers in India to Indian users for a limited time from 28 September 2022 to 28 September 2023. By which Google can bring back these apps by changing this policy related to gambling.

A Google spokesperson said in its statement, Google is adopting a strict approach through this pilot program. Which along with all these things, will also help us to learn. So that will work to provide a better and safer experience for our users. Google has started applications for this pilot program and this process can run from 28 September 2022 to 28 September 2023. Developers participating in this pilot program can apply for this pilot program by filling out an application form on the Play Console Help site. Along with this, you will also have to prepare an app according to the pilot terms and conditions. In addition, developers participating in this program must also have the necessary security measures for their safe and secure user experience in accordance with the terms and conditions of the pilot program.
DFS and Rummy Apps that will be admitted to the Pilot Program must accept all local laws and the Pilot Program Terms along with Google Play policies. These apps will also have to work with the necessary license so that only people above 18 years of age can use them. Also, Google has said that developers will also have to keep in mind that support and problem solving will also be required for users. In addition, Google said that the app of the applicant as per the terms and conditions will not be purchased as a paid app on Google Play nor will he be able to use Google Play’s in-app billing.
