Jadeja has also been included in the team for the Test series. There is doubt about his playing in this also. If Jadeja is not fit, then Uttar Pradesh spin bowler Saurabh Kumar can be given a chance for Test matches. But the BCCI has not yet issued a statement regarding this.
Jadeja has been out of Team India since the Asia Cup 2022 match between India and Hong Kong played in Dubai. He has undergone surgery after the injury and is yet to be fully fit.
