1- Almond milk- By drinking almonds mixed with milk, the body gets more nutrition. You can give almonds mixed with milk to children of growing age. To make almond milk, take 1 glass of milk and grind 5-6 almonds or cut them into small pieces and put them in it. Now boil the milk well and add some sugar to it and drink almond milk after it cools down.
2- Golden Milk- Nowadays everyone recommends drinking golden milk. Golden milk means turmeric milk. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that keep the body away from diseases. Drinking turmeric milk daily keeps diseases away. For this, you put 1 glass of milk to boil and add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder to it. When the milk boils well, drink it lukewarm.
3- Cinnamon Milk- Cinnamon helps in increasing immunity. You must definitely consume cinnamon. This helps in controlling diabetes. You must drink cinnamon milk every night. To make this, boil 1 glass of milk and put 2-3 sticks of cinnamon in it. When the milk boils well, drink it lukewarm.
