Joints And Bones Pain: Joint pain is one such problem which has started bothering even very young people nowadays. If you ignore this pain, then it can later take the form of arthritis. Arthritis is such a serious disease, which affects the body a lot. The major reason for joint pain is diet and lifestyle, although sometimes it can also have other reasons like sitting in front of a chair and computer for hours. This pain can be anywhere in the bones or joints. As it grows, this problem becomes arthritis.
In fact, it is said in Ayurveda that due to the increase of Vata in the body, there is pain in the joints or arthritis. If there is more air in the body, then there is a bad effect on the bones. This increases the problem of pain. You should keep some things in mind. Especially in the rainy season, this air disorder becomes the cause of pain. Due to the cold, the blood vessels start constricting and the temperature of the blood in that area decreases. Due to which the joints start contracting and the pain increases.
How to prevent joint pain
1- Take Vitamin D- You must take some morning sunlight. The body gets vitamin D from this. Your back pain and joint pain goes away with the vitamin D obtained from sunlight.
2- Take care of the food- You should always eat nutritious food. People suffering from joint pain should not consume heavy food. This increases air in the body. You should avoid the consumption of chickpeas, kidney beans, rice, cabbage and beans.
3- Do not eat cold things- If you have joint pain, cold things are harmful for you. Especially do not drink things kept in the fridge, cold water, ice cream, cold drinks. This can increase the problem of pain.
4- Get enough sleep- People who have joint pain problems should not stay up late at night. Waking up for a long time leads to an increase in Vata in the body. This causes the pain to intensify. Take special care of your routine.
5- Do yoga- Some people are unable to do difficult exercises due to joint pain. In such a situation, you can overcome this problem with yoga. There are many asanas like Giddhasana and Pranayama, which will give you relief by doing it regularly. Apart from this, make walk a part of your lifestyle.
