Too much salt, sugar and oil is spoiling health
If you use excessive amount of salt, oil or sugar, then many types of diseases start to arise from it. These things cause diseases like heart, kidney and diabetes very quickly. These problems are increasing due to changing lifestyle, diet and lack of exercise. If you reduce the amount of salt, oil, sugar in the diet, then it can remove obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases.
Too much salt is dangerous
The use of foods found in the market has increased rapidly for some time. Most of these food items found in the market contain salt. Fried nuts and potato wafers are rich in salt. Apart from this, noodles, sauces and packet soups are also unhealthy. Too much salt is dangerous for your health. This increases blood pressure which is dangerous for the heart. High sodium level increases the risk of diseases.
