Bad Food For Health: According to the medical reports published in the media, about 20 million people die every year due to diabetes. But in the name of bakery food, we are now consuming this oil in large quantity, which is acting like poison for the body. Foods made from refined flour at home are still healthier than the baked goods available in the market. Because we prepare them by making them in mustard oil and desi ghee.
3. Noodles and Chowmein
Nowadays we are serving noodles to small children. These are made from pure flour. Since childhood, dirt starts to settle in the intestines of our children and their digestive system starts getting weak. As a result, our generation is becoming weak and sick. Fat accumulates in the liver, this type of food is also proving to be the biggest reason for the problem of PCOD in girls.
4. Fruit Juice
The canned fruit juice available in the market is just a hoax and nothing else. If you look at its ingredients then you will know. Do not serve this harmful sweet water to your children, family and guests in the name of healthy drink. It increases fat, increases the risk of sugar disease and has a bad effect on the joints of the body.
5. These Cold Drinks Are Deadly
Your favorite coke is giving diseases like fatty liver, sugar, blood pressure and bladder cancer. The cold drinks you are consuming in the name of Coke and Diet Coke are nothing but sugar and harmful chemicals. Stay away from them as much as possible and don’t let your kids touch them.
